4. Medication may be to blame.
We're not telling you to get off your prescription medications, but if you are unhappy with any of the particular side effects, then you should talk to your doctor before making any rash decisions. To help aid your problem be sure to drink enough water to stay properly hydrated all day, or specific types of mouth rinses and gums can cure our dry mouth problems.
5. Don't be a mouth breather.
Most people only breathe thought their mouths if they are too congested to breathe through their nose, but some people make it a regular habit. If you suffer from bad breath mouth breathing can actually make it worse. Breathing through your mouth regularly will cause your mouth to dry out more easily, and allow more possible bad breath causing germs inside your mouth. So it would be smart to get in the habit of breathing through your nose, at least more often, to help eliminate your bad breath.
6. Fight it with floss.
We all remember to brush our teeth everyday, but quite a few of us forget the all important act of flossing right before. The tiny food particles you weren't able to remove by brushing alone, could be the cause for your unfriendly breath. To help remind yourself to floss everyday, leave it next to your toothbrush, or put a note on your mirror, and if you can keep it up for 21 days in a row, you should be able to form a lifelong healthy habit.
