5. Soy.

Soy contains something called phytoestrogens. These help keep the vagina healthy and lubricated. Stay away from processed soy, like tofu and veggie burgers. Try edamame and miso.

6. Avocados.

Avocados, along with apples, flax, and pears are all super healthy for the vagina. All four help the vagina stay hydrated and lubricated properly. They're also high in fiber which is great for your digestive system and eases constipation associated with PMS and pregnancy.
