The female reproductive system is a fragile part of our bodies. It's incredibly important to keep it healthy, as there are numerous things that can go wrong. Even if you don't have a vagina, these foods are incredibly good for you - but every woman should be eating these things regularly.

1. Cranberry juice.

Cranberry juice is filled with acidic compounds that ward off bad bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections. When selecting a juice, look for one with no added sugar and always always always choose organically grown fruit for your juices.

2. Yogurt.

Yogurt promotes the growth and health of good bacteria that the vagina requires to maintain a healthy pH level. Yogurt with active cultures and probiotics is what you should look for. If you don't like yogurt, you can choose pickles, miso, kefir, kombucha, and other foods with active cultures.

3. Sweet potatoes.

Sweet potatoes are a great vegetable to eat for vaginal health because they're loaded with vitamin A, a crucial nutrient for producing healthy vaginal and uterine walls. Vitamin A also helps produce and regulate female hormones that keep you energized.
