Wind relieving pose, otherwise called Pavanamukthasana, is a relatively easy stretch that can help you burn off stomach fat. Simply lie down in a comfortable position with your legs out straight.
Exhale out and bend your knees, bringing them to your chest. You'll feel pressure on your stomach. Hold that position, then exhale and lift your chin so that it touches your knees.
