4. Uncomfortable sensations.
A common symptom that often gets overlooked is an itchy or tingling feeling in your vagina. A burning sensation is another signal that you should not ignore. If you have any of these uncomfortable feelings in your vagina for more than a couple of days you should talk to your doctor.

5. Weird smells.
If after every time you go pee, an unpleasant odor is left behind it is probably your vagina. This could be due to an infection or being unclean. If the smell worsens or does not go away within a few days then it could be the start something worse and you should see a gynecologist, or other qualified medical personnel.
6. Dryness.
Your vagina isn't going to be wet all the time, but if you experience extreme dryness for long periods of time that cause you pain or discomfort it is probably time for a check up. Also keep in mind that if you are above 50 and have gone through menopause the dryness is more common.
