Hair loss is pretty common in men - they're used to it! Alopecia, the term used for hair loss, is a lot less common in women, and many women don't want to go through it!
Hair loss in women is caused by a number of things, like poor diet, allergies, stress, and genetics. But fortunately, there are ways that we can grow our hair back if it begins to thin.
Yeah, there are tons of medicated shampoos and other chemical-filled products that may or may not work, but these are natural, home made, and tried and true ways to grow back your hair. There are three things we have to do.
1. Eggs.
Scramble an egg or two and take into the bathroom with you. Show like normal, wetting your hair with hot water. Once wet, apply the egg to your scalp. Thoroughly work it into your hair and skin. Go about your showering routine as normal, giving the egg at least 20 minutes, and then rinse and shampoo like normal.
We're not done though!
2. Olive oil.
Now what we need to do is, while still wet, apply a very small amount of olive oil to the scalp, not so much your hair itself. Allow this to sit for at least 45 minutes, though you can also put on a cap and let it sit overnight.
3. Avocado.
In the morning, mash up a very ripe avocado and add a teaspoon of olive oil to it. Mash it very thoroughly and apply gently to the scalp. Leave it in for a half hour then rinse and shower like normal.
This should be repeated twice a week for the best results.
