Bananas are one of my favorite foods. I eat them every single day of my life without exception. I normally eat them for their flavor though.
They make oatmeal a little less boring and I love the thickness that they bring to berry smoothies. I didn't know how good bananas actually are for me though! Sure, I know all about their potassium, but there's so much more.
Bananas are full of fiber.
So this shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, all fruit is full of fiber. Bananas are unique though. Their fiber is perfect for fighting constipation AND diarrhea.
