Its scientific name is mandelonitrile beta D gentiobioside, and its antioxidant properties interact with other antioxidants in your body to cleanse it of any mutated or possibly dangerous cells.

The most powerful source for vitamin B17 is the pit of the apricot, and while this fruit core is extremely hard, and inedible, there are plenty of vitamin B17 rich foods that will make delicious additions to your diet.
