You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of purified water.
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt.
  • 1 tsp of organic ginger juice. (this can be substituted with a bit of pickled ginger consumed afterward)
  • 2 tbsp of organic, freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 1/2 cup of fresh, organic apple juice.
For the lemon juice, I recommend buying an organic lemon and squeezing it by hand, not purchasing lemon juice in a plastic container. If you can, use a juicer to juice an apple to get the apple juice. You may require two apples.

Instructions:

  1. Warm your purified water on the stove. Don't make it too hot.
  2. Once warm, add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir well until the salt is dissolved.
  4. Drink as soon as possible.
After you've consumed this mixture, try to eat a lighter, high fiber diet. Eat lots of vegetables and a little bit of fruit. Try not to eat any processed food. Additionally, drink as much water as you did the day before. This will help get things moving.
