You will need:
- 1/2 cup of purified water.
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt.
- 1 tsp of organic ginger juice. (this can be substituted with a bit of pickled ginger consumed afterward)
- 2 tbsp of organic, freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 1/2 cup of fresh, organic apple juice.
For the lemon juice, I recommend buying an organic lemon and squeezing it by hand, not purchasing lemon juice in a plastic container. If you can, use a juicer to juice an apple to get the apple juice. You may require two apples.
Instructions:
- Warm your purified water on the stove. Don't make it too hot.
- Once warm, add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well until the salt is dissolved.
- Drink as soon as possible.
After you've consumed this mixture, try to eat a lighter, high fiber diet. Eat lots of vegetables and a little bit of fruit. Try not to eat any processed food. Additionally, drink as much water as you did the day before. This will help get things moving.
