4. No Need to Douche

If a strong odor along with a discharge is experienced then you should see a doctor or professional rather than douche because that can be a possible infection. A vagina is able to stay healthy and clean through its natural lubrication, so little or no outside help is not needed.

5. Proper Exercise Is Needed

The muscles in your are amazingly stretchy for birthing, which can cause you to feel loose. Having regular sex is one form of exercise. Vaginal workouts can be incredible if your vagina is looser than you want. Regular exercise is important because the muscles will weaken if they are unused.

6. Discharges Can Be Natural, But...

It is completely normal and natural for vaginal discharge to occur, but you don't need to be alarmed if you don't experience any.
