The Vitamin Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage
  • Beet
  • Carrot
  • Lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasonings (optional)

Instructions:

Preparing the salad is super easy. All you have to do is grate 3 parts of cabbage, 1 part beets, and 1 part carrots. Add some herbs to season, if desired, but try to stay away from salt as it can cause you to retain water.

Mix the ingredients well and squirt a bit of lemon juice over the top. Lastly, drizzle some good quality, healthy oil (like olive or avocado oil) over the top. Enjoy!
