These days, pretty much any cosmetic issue you have can be solved by a quick trip to the pharmacy for some over the counter remedy. Most of us trust our corporations to make good products and our government to make sure they're totally safe.

The truth is, there are actually some really dangerous things found in most anti-dandruff shampoo. One of the biggest toxic ingredients is called "coal tar." Coal tar has been completely banned in Canada and the European Union due to studies connecting it to cancer and harm to reproductive health.

You don't need to spread coal-derived crap on your scalp in order to get rid of dandruff.

Dandruff is caused by a type of fungus called malassezia. You don't need any terribly fancy ingredients to get rid of it. It's actually pretty harmless and easy to get rid of. You really just need two things: honey and apple cider vinegar.
