Ingredients:

  • 10 drops of vanilla cream stevia extract
  • 1 quart of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

This recipe starts by soaking the pecans in a large bowl filled with water over night, or no longer than 24 hours before using them. After the soaking, drain the water, and thoroughly rinse the pecans. Next, put the pecans into a blender accompanied by the quart of hot water, and the salt. Now blend that together for about 3 minutes, or until the mixture becomes creamy.

Then let it sit for 2 minutes before pouring it through a fine strainer like a cheese cloth or huck towel over a wire mesh strainer into a glass pitcher or jar. After all the milk has drained you can store it into your fridge for up to a week, and enjoy it in your coffee, cereal, or just as a refreshing treat on its own.
