You might have tried rubbing your temples at one point in time to seek relief from a headache, but did you know there was a similar thing you could to help you fall back asleep?

6. Keep one eye shut.
When going to the bathroom at night try keeping one of your eyes closed. When your retina's are exposed to the light it tricks your brain into thinking it's day time, and begins the process of waking up.
However, if you keep one of your eyes closed, it makes it easier to adjust to the darkness faster, and once you're back in your room you should be able to fall asleep easier.
