Honey is more than a sweetener for your tea. It’s incredibly healthy and is the base for a ton of different home remedies. These are some of our favorites. As always, use organic, raw honey. No filtered honey.
Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey into a glass of warm water. Mix well and drink. Always use cold water that has been heated in a kettle, not warm tap water.
Mix 4 teaspoons of lemon juice into 8 teaspoons of honey. Consume 1 teaspoon every few hours as required.
Mix a half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey in with a glass of room temperature water. Mix very thoroughly and drink.
Sinus pressure relief.
Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey in with a glass of warm water. Mix well and drink slowly.
Add two tablespoons of honey in with a dandelion root herbal tea. You can use a variety of types of tea, it’s up to you. Don’t overdo it, especially if you suffer from GERD.
Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey into a cup of ginger tea. Mix well and drink. Never use hot water from the tap for tea. Always boil in a kettle.
