Warning! You Should Reduce Your Exposure To Fluoride

Fluoride is a pretty common chemical added to most tap water and many dental health products. Many have been convinced that it helps maintain strong teeth, but the opposite is actually true. Consuming it comes with risks.

Fluoride was first introduced to us in the 1940’s and 50’s when public health officials began adding fluoride to our drinking water. It was also added to toothpaste and mouth rinse. Unless you use a purification device, you’re almost certainly being exposed to it. If you’ve been drinking tap water, it might be time for a chemical and toxin cleanse.

Fluoride overexposure can cause a number of health problems, some more severe than others. Excess salivation is one indication. Fluorosis, which is a condition that impedes the function of ameloblasts in the mouth, hinders the development of enamel. Kind of ironic, huh?

Avoiding fluoride is not easy, but it can be done. Avoid tap water and products that use it. Invest in a water purification system. You may want to order some dietary iodine so your thyroid can detox itself and start working better too.
