6. Try Swiss Chard

Swiss chard is also one of the best foods you could have in your diet simply for the fact that it goes perfect in the family of spinach and beets. Swiss chard contains vitamins A,E, and C, with the help of manganese and zinc.

7. Try Avocado

Avocado is the main source of all that is good essentially. Rich in potassium, and aiding the functionality of vascular/heart health, avocados are extremely good to eat.
