5 Things You Should Never Do Before Having Sex

As you've gotten older and more experienced you have most likely become more comfortable with your body. Your moves may have improved as well, but even the most knowledgeable women make these pre sex mistakes.

Here are 5 things that you wouldn't think to avoid doing before sex...

1. Incorporate food

You may think getting covered in whipped cream and chocolate sauce is a great way to get things, but the after sex effects may make you rethink the idea.

Attempting to use anything containing sugar as lubricant can cause a yeast infection. Yeast thrives on sugar, so it would be best to stick with traditional lubrication, and save the sweets for later.

2. Shave

If you prefer to use shaving as a method of removing hair, then it is best do it at least 24 hours before sex.

Shaving causes your skin to be more sensitive, and there may even be little cuts, which leave you more vulnerable to getting infections like herpes and HPV.

It is best to give it at least a day to heal, and apply cream before and after sex to reduce irritation.

3. Brush your teeth

Using rough or electric tooth brushes can cause tiny cuts in your mouth, and if you additionally use alcohol based mouthwash the cuts can become irritated.

A study done by a Beverly Hills doctor explains how tiny cuts inside your mouth can increase your chance of getting an STD. So if you have the need to freshen your breath before sex, a pice of gum would be a wiser choice.

4. Drink alcohol

One beer, or maybe a couple glasses of wine can be helpful for getting you in the mood, but too much alcohol can reduce your senses, and make the whole experience less enjoyable.

Being too intoxicated reduces the chances of experiencing an orgasm, and actually requires you to need more stimulation in order to get in the mood.

5. Eat spicy foods

The foods you eat can actually effect the taste and smell of your vagina. Eating hot peppers like Chilis, can leave you feeling gassy and bloated.

Additionally, if there is any oils from the pepper left on your hands it could be disastrous if it comes in contact with your genitals. So a more mild snack would be recommended to satisfy your cravings.
