More and more people are interested in losing weight – and it makes sense! About a third of Americans are obese and another third are simply overweight. I have good news and bad news.

The bad news? Losing weight isn’t an easy task. It takes a lot of hard work at eating well and getting plenty of exercise and rest.

But the good news? I know of a miracle drink that’ll help blast the fat right off of you! Let’s get down to it:

You will need:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of organic, fresh squeezed lemon juice


Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender, blend well, and serve. You can keep the beverage refrigerated if you don’t drink all of it.

In addition to helping you speed your metabolism, this drink can help lower blood pressure, balance good bacteria in the gut, and help your body digest the healthy food you’ve been eating.

This juice recipe is a pretty basic green juice. It’s full of calcium, potassium and iron, making it a perfect health boost for your day. Notably, this juice is useful in preventing and potentially treating Alzheimer’s.   • 3 stalks of organic celery
  • 1 organic cucumber

  • 1 bunch of organic parsley
  • 2 cups of organic spinach

You might find this recipe to be a little bit earthy tasting in flavor, but it’s still delightfully sweet and easy to drink.
